The NHS is a culturally and linguistically diverse workplace. While a hugely positive environment in many ways, it can also bring its own communication challenges that affect team cohesion, individual well-being and ultimately patient safety. ​

For more than 4 years we have been delivering workshops on inclusive intercultural communication skills to NHS Trusts around the UK. Our training offers practical strategies for improving communication skills with culturally and linguistically diverse colleagues or patients. ​

​

Participants come from a wide range of departments within the NHS and can be clinical or non-clinical staff. To date we have worked with Midwives, Anaesthetists, Consultants, Sisters, Ward Managers ,Transformation Project Officers, Overseas Practice Educators and others.
