We're Kathryn and Zanne, language specialists and experienced trainers in intercultural communication skills.

We offer workshops on how culturally and linguistically diverse groups can communicate more effectively and inclusively. Our clients come from a wide range of sectors and include NHS Trusts, university business schools, international charities, professional services, local authorities and corporate clients.

We've written two books on effective communication. Both have been shortlisted for Business Book Awards 2020 and 2021.
